Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping – Delivery and processing estimates
Products are only shipped within the contiguous United States. All shipping and delivery estimates are based on process date, which may be 3-5 days after order is placed.

If Ship to School (not available in all areas or with all sales programs) is selected, you agree that the seller you credit with this online sale will be able to deliver to you locally, when it arrives at the school/group in 4-6 weeks. For additional information on delivery, please contact the group and/or seller.

Shipping – Product Condition
All product leaves our facility frozen but may thaw in transit. The cookie dough is shelf stable for 21 days unrefrigerated. Due to current high outdoor temperatures, we cannot guarantee your cookie dough will arrive in a perfect condition. Please arrange delivery to an air-conditioned location (i.e. your office) where your package can be brought indoors upon delivery. In many locations, the shipping carrier will leave your package outside.

Returns
Due to the perishable nature or our products, returns are not allowed.

Refunds
Refunds are handled at the discretion of our customer service department and may require additional information, including visual evidence – i.e. photo documentation – to complete the request.  Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the original date of purchase.  If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you have yet to receive an approved refund, first double check your bank account and/or contact your credit card company.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your approved refund, please contact us at customerservice@neighborscookies.com for further assistance.

Exchanges and Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may exchange the item in the event of defect or damage. Only items that are defective or damaged are eligible for replacement. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send an email to customerservice@neighborscookies.com.  Exchanges are subject to the same criteria as Refunds (see above).
